What is Family Vineyards Direct?
We, at Family Vineyards Direct are wine lovers first & foremost! We have sought out and “discovered” the most passionate family-owned vineyards in the world. We taste their wines every year in their cellars and only bring to you, those wines which are unique and of the highest quality. We ship them directly from the source (no middle-men) and can ensure perfect provenance and impeccable bottle condition when they arrive at your front door.
How are the wines chosen?
Our family-owned estates are committed to vineyard work above all else and the vast majority of them have adopted sustainable viticulture, working only with what Mother Nature provides. Throughout the season we are in frequent conversation with our winemakers, identifying promising wines, vintages and new unique projects. And while we are ecstatic when one of our wines receives the recognition of a great score, a score is not necessary for a wine to be featured. We endeavor to help you explore all of the many wonderful nooks & crannies of the wine world, score or not.
Membership & Referrals?
To refer someone for membership, please send them to www.familyvineyardsdirect.com and have them click “Request Membership”. Don't forget to give them your name so they can fill out the 'referred by' section.
How do I sign up ro receive Allocation Offers?
Every member will automatically be included in our Allocation Offers. If you do not wish to receive any allocation offers, please email help@familyvineyardsdirect and we would be happy to remove you from our list.
How do I check the status of an order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for wines to journey from their vineyards or special warehouse to our shipping warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of your order date, please email email@example.com
Does Family Vineyards Direct accept returns?
There is no one-size-fits-all return policy for wine. However, if you're unhappy with a purchase or if one of your bottles is damaged, our team will do all we can to remedy the situation.
